CEO Onur Baran Çağlar points, operator that had already passed EU average on 3G subscription and data sim card sales didn’t show same success about creating long term strategies. Onur Baran Çağlar said “Sector players should change the idea that mobile internet is accessing internet via mobile devices then they should adapt their strategies and solutions according to device types”.</p>
<p>Onur Baran Çağlar reminds that, there is 65 million mobile subscribers and this is 88% of the population according to the numbers of BTK &#8211; regulative corporation of the sector and he said “To this rate we can say everybody connects to internet theorically. But it is required to indicate that at the begging of the year 2000 operator in Japan were providing their users to use internet, content and services from their mobile devices by dint of “Always Online” model. Actually we could discovered internet, tv, application and social media from mobile devices in the year 2011. According to Morgan Stanley’s Internet Trends report published in 2010, number of users accessing to internet through mobile will be higher than users accessing internet via PC toward the year 2014.</p>
<p>We are outnumbered in 3G subscription and data sim card sales but…</p>
<p>Onur Baran Çağlar point that operators in Turkey are far away from their European opponents about 3G subscription and data sim sales beside their plans and programs are not enough to adapt brands’ physical world to digital world by creating long tail effect on mobile internet, content and service projections. “Our mistake here is our chose of easy way, we assume mobile internet as it is only internet, we will be more successful if we create our solutions by considering suitable internet content, services and visual adaption for any device.” Çağlar said.</p>
<p>Service providers have a low to…</p>
<p>Onur Baran Çağlar brushed, service providers shouldn’t recognize mobile internet as accessing internet from mobile device, they should adapt their strategy and solutions to mobile device types and he add ”It’s not true that service providers to create client applications in a competition with amateur developers and try to keep their existence with this strategy. Then all platform providers (IOS- Apple, Android, Microsoft, Symbian) will decrease client application development level to web application development level by IDE (Integrated development environment) and SDK (Software Development Kit) interfaces.</p>
<p>Çağlar pointed, it can be smarter to adapt contents, services, institutional and personal solutions not only specific part of devices, also adapt to every devices according to their capacities and indicate Pozitim Technology’s suggestion as:<br />

<p>Kyte is a universal digital media platform that provides an end-to-end, online and mobile solution for the production, distribution and monetization of digital content.</p>
<p>Kyte is a universal digital media platform that enables users can both produce content and watch from multi-device, at the same time platform provides single-point of management interface for those content.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">General features:</span></strong></p>
<li>Platform enables that end user can stream live broadcast through his/her handset, take a photographs and videos to channels, and also he/she can provide multimedia message (audio, visual) to the his/her own or registered channels.</li>
<li>End users can share their channels in Facebook, Myspace, personal/corporate or blog sites without any hassle just click on proper site button in Get&amp;Share part. Video player which user placed in his/her site or profile, has Chat and subscription feature in it. With these features channel owner can interact with audience and register them as subscriber.</li>

<p>This was a free campaign prepared specially for Vodafone subscribers. Just by loading 250 or more minutes, you win <strong>a free 3-month info packet</strong> consisting of <strong>Milliyet News, Financial News, Sports, and Magazine</strong>.<br />
The subscribers could chose to make use of the same packet or change the packet within the remained time of the packet.<br />
Created with the purpose of motivating and encouraging not only <strong>Vodafone </strong>subscribers for more usage but also the subscription to <strong>Milliyet info packets</strong>, the loyalty campaign was too successful. Owing to this campaign, we could reach to<strong> 500.000 packet</strong> subscription within a short time of just 6 months. According to the statistics, after the campaign period had finished, 30% of subscribers continued their subscription. This resulted to <strong>150.000 permanent users</strong>.<br />
In order to keep the old subscribers, at another loyalty campaign they were provided free subscription to other packets and also free content.</p>
